05 Mandatory declarations and consents

Declaration that the seals are intact and no unauthorised repairs have been made * I declare that the seals and sealing paint on the engine/gearbox are intact and that the product has not been dismantled or modified without authorisation (including chip tuning). Obligation to drain fluids before pallet shipment * I acknowledge that the engine must be completely drained of oil and coolant. The sender is responsible for any costs resulting from leaks during transport. Acceptance of the procedure and costs of an unfounded complaint * I have read § 11 of the Terms and Conditions. If the complaint is rejected for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, I will bear the costs of return transport and the technical assessment. Acceptance of the provision of the warehouse address in Poland * I acknowledge that the exact address of the receiving warehouse will be sent by email after the initial verification of the complaint. Data protection consent * I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of handling the complaint procedure in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
