Purposes, legal bases and retention periods for data processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) for the following purposes:

Retention period: Until the enquiry has been handled or an effective objection has been submitted.

Recipients of data

For the proper operation of the website and performance of sales contracts, the Controller discloses personal data only to trusted external entities and only to the extent necessary:

Delivery personnel and drivers: where delivery is made using the Seller’s own transport (Mode A).

Freight forwarders and courier companies: where pallet transport is arranged (Mode B).

Accounting office / accounting service providers: for the proper settlement of financial transactions.

IT, hosting and online-form service providers: entities maintaining the website servers, databases and online submission-form systems.

Messaging and platform providers: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (provider of WhatsApp) and the Kleinanzeigen platform, where correspondence is conducted through those channels.

Where the Customer uses WhatsApp or Kleinanzeigen, personal data may be processed on servers of those service providers located outside the European Economic Area. Such processing is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or on other appropriate legal mechanisms ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that required by EU law.
