Direct Delivery with On-site Inspection

Seller's own transport – Risk-free purchase

Method A is the ideal solution for Customers who wish to inspect the engine or gearbox they are purchasing in person before making a final purchase decision.

How does it work step by step?

    Non-binding enquiry / reservation: You contact us (by telephone, email, WhatsApp, chat or through the Kleinanzeigen portal) and express your interest in inspecting the selected goods.

  2. 2

    Arrival at your request: At your express request, we bring the ordered engine directly to the address you specify (your home or workshop).

  3. 3

    Personal inspection ("You buy what you see"): Before making a decision and paying, you have time to inspect the goods thoroughly and check their visual condition, completeness and security seals.

  4. 4

    Payment and conclusion of the contract: Only after completing the inspection and fully accepting the condition of the engine do you make payment (in cash or by presenting proof of bank transfer) and sign the purchase documents.

Benefits for you:

  • No risk before purchase: You do not pay money sight unseen – you pay only after seeing the engine in person.

  • Full transparency: You assess the external and mechanical condition of the goods yourself.

ℹ️ Important legal information: Because the delivery trip is made at your individual request and the sales contract is concluded in person after an on-site inspection, the transaction does not constitute a distance contract. Once goods that are free from hidden defects have been collected and paid for, they may not be returned "on request" or because you have changed your mind (in accordance with EU and Polish law and § 12 of our Terms and Conditions).

Shipping Delivery (Pallet Freight)

Safe shipping throughout the European Union, excluding certain countries

Method B is intended for Customers who choose delivery by a specialised external freight forwarding company directly to the specified address.

How does it work step by step?

  1. 1

    Order and prepayment: After agreeing the order details, you pay by bank transfer to our bank account or by using an instant electronic payment method.

  2. 2

    Secure packaging: The engine or gearbox is drained of fluids, secured to a pallet and protected for the transport of bulky goods.

  3. 3

    Shipping and delivery: The shipment is dispatched through a specialised pallet freight carrier. Delivery time within the EU depends on the freight carrier.

  4. 4

    Receipt from the courier: Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the condition of the packaging and shipment in the presence of the driver.

Payment and returns under Method B:

Payment method: Traditional bank transfer (prepayment) or instant electronic payment.

Right of withdrawal (14 days): Consumers and sole traders entitled to consumer rights have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Return procedure: A return must be reported exclusively through the return form available on our website.

Return address and costs: The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the pallet (>30 kg). The receiving warehouse is located in Poland (you will receive the exact address by email after completing the form).

⚠️ Delay in acceptance (Annahmeverzug): If the pallet shipment is not accepted for reasons attributable to the Buyer (e.g. an incorrect address or lack of contact), the Buyer bears the cost of return transport to Poland and any freight storage charges.
